The hotel has a convenient airport shuttle, but it stops running in the evening without notice. My arrival experience was chaotic; after a long flight and confusion over a canceled reservation, I found the reception unhelpful. Even simple requests, like a taxi or pizza, felt challenging. The remodeling was evident, but the new features were already damaged. My room had a persistent smell, questionable cleanliness, and a broken door lock that created safety concerns. Breakfast was decent, but the overall lack of attention to detail and service left much to be desired.

The kids had a blast at the theme park and the casino kept the adults entertained. The free airport shuttle was super helpful and made getting around easy.

The room was super clean and comfy, with a fridge, microwave, TV, and a tea/coffee maker. Loved having a hairdryer and ironing facilities too. The shower was great. The lobby felt fancy but the country porch outside was nice. A cool perk was the shuttle service to the airport. The ice machine was perfect for my drinks.

Missing our flight forced an unexpected stay. The shuttle service was prompt, which was a relief. the dining options nearby were limited, but we managed for an overnight trip. The room was comfortable, and the blackout shade was a pleasant touch. Breakfast was lukewarm, lacking in quality. The manager, Gwen, addressed concerns efficiently, while the reception staff were undeniably friendly. On the downside, the hotel’s condition left much to be desired. Cleanliness and maintenance were subpar. The check-in process felt rushed and disorganized. Noise from the pool disturbed our rest, and the lingering cigarette smell was unwelcome. This place needs serious improvements.

With a fantastic central position, it's just over 3 kilometers from the Georgia International Convention Center, which is perfect for first-timers in ATL, and a mere 2.5 kilometers from Old National Park, allowing for easy strolls and relaxation, plus there are several dining options and local shops within walking distance, making the experience enjoyable overall! I loved the convenient access to all these attractions, but the hotel itself could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

I bought tickets using the free Wi-Fi, rode the world's longest escalator at CNN, and enjoyed a shuttle to the airport. The business center was great for my work.
I loved having to make my own bed and hunt down towels at the front desk.

During my Christmas stay, the free breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a tasty start to my day. The spacious rooms and convenient location near the airport were great bonuses. The friendly staff also stood out, especially Lorraine who was incredibly helpful and sweet.
The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with visible dirt behind furniture.

I loved how easy it was to explore Atlanta from here, with places like Old National Park just 2.5 kilometers away and the Delta Flight Museum within 5 kilometers, making it perfect for weekend strolls and sightseeing; plus, the hotel itself offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. But the hotel could really use some upgrades, especially in the lobby and room cleanliness.

Yo, my crew and I had a lit time hitting up the outdoor amphitheater to see these rock legends and then exploring the park for some epic basketball games and hiking trails. Plus, snacking on homemade popcorn we popped in the microwave before catching a show at the Fox Theatre - total vibes!
Only thing missing for us party animals would be a rad pool to chill and splash around in between all our adventures! .

Upon arriving at Country Inn and Suites, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel has some areas that could use improvement. For starters, the room I was initially given had heating issues, which made it quite uncomfortable. the whole place was undergoing renovations, causing an unpleasant odor and overall untidiness. the front desk staff, especially Miss Shae, stood out as a shining star during my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me with the various issues I encountered, making my experience much better. Another highlight was the location of the hotel, which was convenient for my needs, and the breakfast served was quite satisfying. the issues with cleanliness and maintenance were noticeable throughout my stay. From the difficulties with getting clean towels to multiple room changes due to non-working keys and cleanliness issues, it was a bit stressful and frustrating. The long wait for the airport shuttle was also a downside, taking up valuable time and causing inconvenience. The lack of parking spots and the presence of unruly individuals around the hotel entrance were concerning as well. In terms of the room itself, the lack of basic amenities like ironing facilities and proper tea and coffee provisions was disappointing. The condition of the rooms, with stained carpets, dirty vents, and outdated decor, left much to be desired. Country Inn and Suites has some areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service consistency. But the efforts of dedicated staff members like Miss Shae do make a positive impact on the overall experience.

Enjoyed a memorable day at the outdoor amphitheater watching legendary rock bands with the kids, munching on homemade popcorn. The great outdoors surrounding the hotel allowed for a perfect family day out amidst hiking trails and basketball courts.
For dads it would be great if there were more children's activities.

The shuttle was overcrowded and lacked seatbelts, which was concerning. Getting a deposit back when using a debit card took an unusually long time.

The staff on duty were super friendly, knowledgeable, and great fun to talk to. They made my stay enjoyable and were always helpful. The location, right under a runway, was surprisingly quiet, and the free shuttle every half hour was convenient for getting to and from the airport. The room had all the necessary facilities, including a flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding.
The breakfast was limited and could have had more options.

Although I didn’t care too much for the location, the staff at Country Inn was pleasant and professional. I liked that it was a smoke-free hotel, and the bathroom sink was a plus. the hotel was quiet, and the TV worked well.
